Proclear Contact Lense: The Solution

Proclear contact lense brand is one of the most popular and affordable brands of contact lenses today.  It ranks among the top of all contact lenses because of its extreme comfort and clear visual quality.  It is so comfortable, in fact, that it is the only lense on the market for which there is a claim by the FDA stating that it “may provide comfort for contact lens wearers who experience mild discomfort or symptoms relating to dryness during lens wear.”

best contact lenses

Many contacts feel fine for the first few hours of your day.  But what about eight, ten, or even twelve hours later?  Most contacts dry out over the course of the day, or build up so many deposits that your vision becomes blurry and your eyes become itchy.  And many people suffer from particularly dry eyes to begin with, which makes wearing contacts nearly impossible.

These contact lenses, however, has the solution.  These lenses uses a patented PC Technology to retain moisture and reduce build up of dirt and other deposits, which allows for a full day of comfortable, irritant-free wear.  The “PC” stands for phosphorylcholine, which is a substance that is found in human cell membranes.  These contact lense brand uses these natural molecules in the material of their lenses; which surround themselves with water.  By surrounding themselves with water, the contact lenses stay moist and comfortable, and also fight off dirt, deposits, and other irritants for the entire day.

astigmatism contact lenses

The Proclear brand has an entire family of lenses to fit your every day needs.  If you have astigmatism, then their Toric contact lenses are your answer; they are specially fit to manage astigmatism, while still using the PC Technology that Proclear is known for.

Do you have presbyopia and need to wear bifocal glasses?  Then Proclear Multifocal contact lenses are your answer.  Just like bifocal glasses, they have two lenses built into one; and, again, still use the Proclear PC Technology for long wear and superior comfort.

Of course, when choosing your lens, the cost of contact lenses is just as important as the other features. But when researching and ordering contact lenses online, keep a few things in mind.  There are many factors that determine the true cost of the lenses.

A box of six Acuview contact lenses, for example, cost on average $17.00, while a box of six Proclear contact lenses cost $29.00.

However, Acuview suggests you only wear their lenses for 1-2 weeks; Proclear lenses can be worn up to 2-4 weeks.  Also, depending on the website, many companies charge a wide range of shipping costs; so be sure to factor that into your price as well.

When you break down how many lenses you need for the same amount of time, these lenses come out to be slightly more affordable; for a much higher quality and patented-for-comfort lens.

Whatever your needs may be, the Proclear contact lense family has a solution for you.
